BeastVault Shop (beastvault.shop) is a platform by BeastVault. BeastVault is a project by WebSloth, a business registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 89595157. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “BeastVault” refer to this Shop service operated by WebSloth. Company website: websloth.com.

What this site is

BeastVault Shop is a discovery and referral platform for Monster Energy fans. It helps visitors browse flavors, read community ratings and reviews from BeastVault, and find independent partner retailers that sell those products with shipping to a chosen country.

BeastVault does not sell cans. BeastVault does not process payments. BeastVault does not handle fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations, warranties or customer-service disputes for purchases. When you buy, the purchase contract is always between you and the independent partner retailer. BeastVault gives retailers exposure and helps visitors discover where products can be purchased.

We use systems to keep partner listings, prices and availability up to date, but changes made by a retailer may take time to appear on BeastVault Shop. Prices, stock, delivery terms and returns are determined by the partner retailer, not by BeastVault.

BeastVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Monster Energy Company. Monster Energy® and related marks are trademarks of Monster Energy Company.

Partner / affiliate links

When you choose a partner offer (for example “Buy at …”), we may redirect you through BeastVault Shop to that retailer’s website. We may receive a commission when you visit or purchase from a partner through BeastVault Shop. This does not increase the price you pay at the retailer.

The presence or ordering of a retailer on BeastVault Shop does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of that retailer. We do not guarantee that any offer, price or stock level remains available. Partner offers on a product page are generally ordered by pack size, then in-stock first, then lowest price.

Accounts

You can sign in with an existing BeastVault account. Authentication is provided by BeastVault. BeastVault Shop receives a limited session token so it can access only the information needed to show basic account details and retrieve wishlist items. There is no separate BeastVault Shop user account database.

You must be at least 16 years old (or older where required by law in your country) to use BeastVault Shop with an account, and old enough under the BeastVault app’s terms where those also apply.

Reviews and community content

Reviews and ratings shown on BeastVault Shop originate from BeastVault app users. They are community opinions and are not verified as purchases. Shop visitors can read them but cannot submit or edit reviews through the Shop. Reviews represent the individual author’s opinion, not BeastVault’s position. Moderation and related rules for community content are governed by the main BeastVault terms where applicable.

Intellectual property

Site content such as text, layout and BeastVault branding is owned by WebSloth or used under license. The 3D models displayed on BeastVault Shop are original BeastVault assets and are provided solely for display through BeastVault-operated services.

No permission is granted to download, extract, copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, publish, host, sell, license or otherwise use the 3D models, whether commercially or non-commercially. No rights in the 3D models are granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise. We may use technical measures to protect these assets from unauthorized access, extraction or copying. Circumventing those measures to obtain model files is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks and product branding (including Monster Energy marks and product artwork) remain the property of their respective owners. BeastVault does not claim ownership of those third-party rights.

Disclaimer and liability

BeastVault Shop is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of partner offers, and fitness for a particular purpose. BeastVault is not responsible for a partner retailer’s performance, products, shipping, returns or customer service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above indicates the latest revision. Updated terms apply to future use of BeastVault Shop from their effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Dutch courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
